FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How Does it Work?
The CerebroCore Memory Optimization Program can only be prescribed by a Certified CerebroCore Doctor.
- The first step is to contact a Certified CerebroCore Doctor. Your doctor will discuss your case with you and determine if you are a candidate for this program. If so, your doctor will register you for the program and provide you with a user name and password so you can access the program from your computer or phone
- The next step is for you to complete the Cognitive Assessment. The CerebroCore Cognitive Assessments are not diagnostic. They are designed to screen for more serious memory issues and to use as a baseline to measure memory improvement. These unique online digital memory assessments provide a complete mental assessment, designed to screen, evaluate the possibility of memory and attention impairment, and to monitor progress throughout the program. This takes about 15-20 minutes The initial Assessment is administered at the beginning of the program and, depending on your performance, your doctor may send you for further neurological tests. The Assessments are then administered periodically throughout the course of care and scores from each Assessment will demonstrate your progress throughout the program.
- Once you complete the initial assessment, you will be prescribed a custom program based on the results of your assessment. This custom program will include a combination of Gamma Cognitive Exercises, Gamma Coherence Training and Lifestyle Recommendations. As you progress through the training program, your performance will be evaluated each month. At the end of 1 month of training you will be required to sit for another assessment. Upon completion, a comparison report will be generated demonstrating your progress. The assessments will be administered every month during the course of the program and each assessment will provide a new customized training program for you to follow.

What is a Quick Cognitive Assessment?
The CerebroCore Quick Cognitive Assessment is designed to screen for specific memory impairments based on your primary concerns. Whereas the full CerebroCore Cognitive Assessment evaluates all memory components and provides you with a fully comprehensive report, the Quick-Cog evaluates 2 memory components based on your primary concerns and provides you with a detailed report regarding those specific areas of concern.
Once you choose two areas of concern you will be presented with the 2 assessments associated with those specific areas of concern. Upon completion, you will receive a report detailing your performance in those two areas of memory performance. The purpose of the Quick-Cog is to screen for memory issues that may benefit from The CerebroCore Memory Optimization Program.
Areas of concern:
- Ability to pay attention and focus
- Ability to retain information for short periods of time
- Ability to retain and manipulate information
- Ability to organize and manage tasks
- Ability to recall items in a specific order
- Ability to memorize things
