TO BECOME A CERTIFIED CEREBROCORE PROVIDER…
$100 PER MONTH
The cost for the program is a flat fee of $100 per month, regardless of how many patients you register for the service. Your $100 subscription fee includes:
- Certification Training
- CerebroCore Account where you can register patients to get access to all the CerebroCore Memory Optimization tools to enhance cognitive health
- Doctor Dashboard to provide you with detailed relevant information about each patient
- Marketing Tools to educate your patients:
- Posters
- Provider Listing on the National CerebroCore website
- Starter pack of brochures
- Power Points for community lectures
- Weekly 1-hour patient webinars delivered by Dr. Guy Annunziata
- Free Quick Cognitive assessments to screen patients for the program.
- Link to your Stripe Merchant Account
12 MONTH CONTRACT
The CerebroCore Program is based on a 12-month commitment. After the first 12 months your subscription is on a month-to-month basis.
STRIPE ACCOUNT REQUIRED
The Stripe account is required to process the monthly fees that your patients will be paying directly into your bank account automatically each month. If you already have a Stripe Account, we will show you how to link it to your CerebroCore account. If you don’t have a Stripe account, we will instruct you on how to set one up free of charge. Once your Stripe account is linked to your CerebroCore account, all of your patient’s subscription fees will be deposited into your account every month.
