STEP 1) Take the initial Cognitive Assessment

After 30 days of doing the program, you will be asked to take the assessments again

STEP 2) Begin Gamma Cognitive exercises

You may perform these exercises as much as you like but we recommend a minimum of 15 minutes every other day. The more you do them, the better results you will see.

STEP 3) Begin Gamma Coherence training

Just like the exercises, you may perform Coherence training as much as you like. The more – The better!

STEP 4) Visit the Lifestyle Choices page

Access the Lifestyle Choices section of the website and learn about the proven lifestyle changes that you can do right now to reduce your risk of Alzheimer’s and dementia. These lifestyle changes are proven methods that have decreased the incidence of these diseases in clinical studies throughout the world.
